This printer is brand new, only had it about 2 weeks. I had a bunch of stuff to print today and it’s not printing anything black, only colors and they are not good quality.

you are out of black ink and low on color?

Have you printed in black before? Perhaps you did not remove the protective tape from the cartridge. If you did dampen a piece of a coffee filter and touch the end of the cartridge to make it moist and possibly make the ink flow again. Dry it off then reinstall and try printing again.

Lets take one step at a time.
un-install all your ink cartridges
make you had taken off the sticky paper tabs that you were suppose to
then put your finger over any open holes and shake well
now go ahead and re-install them into your printer
do a print test in both black and color
if this still does not work go to this web site and go to the bottom of the page and call the toll free number
