Where can I plug my Memory Stick Duo Pro memory card into my Dell desktop computer?

I have an all-in-one hp laserjet 3030 and an hp deskjet 5940. Can I plug it into one of those or is there a place in the hard drive?

You will need an adapter. They make adapters that connect to you usb port and it has slots for many different forms of memory cards and sticks. Most stores call these card readers and they are relatively inexpensive. I provided a link to such a card.
