I use a loptop that I shuttle between work and residence. I have had to install seperate driver both for work and residence.

Occassionaly all function of the printer work either at the work or the residence never at both the locations on a same given day.

As suggested I tried un-installing the software and re-installing with same information both for residence and work with no change.

Any one can assist & help to solve this annoying problem so that I can use all features at both my locations with same type of all in one printer.
