I tried to add the printer from my server but it asked for a URL or printer address. All I have is the printer make and model.
Repeat. Remote computer logs into to my office server and remote computer wants to print remotely at their printer in another state. What do I need to do at my server to accomplish this?

After upgrading a user from windows 2000 to windows XP (using an imaging solution). The default LJ4000 drivers print very very VERY slowly. We’ve tried both PCL an PS drivers and downgrading the driver to a LJ4 with the same results (acrobat 7.0.8 jobs spool to gigabytes before printing). Any help would be very much appreciated.

It will only resume printing the document after i open and shut the print cartridge door.
It also makes a rattling sound when the printed page is coming out.

an all in one printer hp 6480 won’t print using network after the usb driver has been installed. when i first installed it just using the network or my isp/online providers wireless router, it worked fine. but after i installed the usb driver, it wont print through the network anymore. anybody had the same prob and have a solution?
