Print USB, All In One Laserjet Supplies and More …

The black ink is not printing on my kodak esp7 all-in-one printer, any ideas?

This printer is brand new, only had it about 2 weeks. I had a bunch of stuff to print today and it’s not printing anything black, only colors and they are not good quality.
