Print USB, All In One Laserjet Supplies and More …

Is it possible to use a print server to share a External USB HD? The print server has 2 ports on it one has a printer attached but the other one is open. would i be able to flash it with some other firmware? please do not tell me to attached it to a computer to share it that is not an option for me. all the computers are laptops and it would be a big hassle. i also do not want to buy an NAS.
