Can one Linksys print-server run 2 printers via USB splitter between the print-server and the printers?

I’ve got a Linksys wireless print-server. Right now, it’s run to a single printer, but I have a second printer that I have to plug into the computer. Can put a USB splitter on there so that it will run two printers?

[Printer 1]————|
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . [USB Splitter]——–[Wireless Print-Server]
[Printer 2]————|

I’m fairly certain that it will send the signal to both printers and my guess is the signal will contain an identifyier that will indicate which printer to send to, but I’m not sure it will work and I don’t want to risk messing up my system to find out.

Thanks!
