When i press the scan button the little screen says “waiting for computer”, and then eventually just goes back to the date and time. When i press the scan to button it says “not setup on computer.” Does anyone else have these problems? What can i do?

My HP 3050 Laserjet all in one printer/scanner/fax/copier wont FAX.?
I have a HP 3050 Laserjet all in one printer/scanner/fax/copier, but it doesnt seem to fax. Everything goes fine, the paper is read then it says please put in number, when the number is put, there is NO DIALING TONE. I have no idea why there is no dialing tone.
