The new service allows users to print by simply sending an e-mail to the printer from any Web-enabled device. RemoteTech diagnostic services are available for most of Speedline’s products currently in production. The customer’s equipment must have an Ethernet card or modem, be connected to the Internet, and utilize the Microsoft Windows® operating system. The services will be offered free of charge during the equipment’s warranty period and will be included as a standard feature in Speedline’s Protection Plus service contract. It also can be purchased on a per-machine basis.
