Question by : Is there a law in Ohio that prohibits stores from using print advertising for the sale of handguns.?
I have seen mailers from the local sports/hunting stores and they advertise shotguns and rifles but never handguns, even though they do sell them
I am specifically interested in the actual mailers and print advertising from retail stores. Not newspaper classifieds etc.

Sounds like unique advertising to me. More people hunt with rifles so use the advertising space for them. Lure then buyer to the store then SELL SELL SELL!!!
