I’m trying to print a document I need for tomorrow morning, and the toner is obviously unbalanced. For example, black and white pictures (I have it set to print color, as there are other color pictures) are coming out green. A navy blue picture came out bright aqua. I can’t seem to find the troubleshooting menu for my printer either! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Toner? What machine do you have?
From your description, you have little or no magenta.
Cyan + Magenta + Yellow = Black
a little Magenta + Cyan = Navy Blue
Take the magenta out of both of the formulas above, and you’ll get…..well, basically what you’re getting.
